Herbed Salmon: The Second and Third Attempt

Friday night: Around 10pm

Ah, a thick slab of salmon and a good book.



Flaky. Perfect.

Today, Saturday: About 230pm.

Added some cheese spread with yogurt.
Flaky, but the meat is not as pink. Not sure if it's undercooked (couldn't be though) or it's just the fish.
My fillet yesterday was better. I cooked both for about 16 to 17 minutes.
A tip for baking the salmon fillet is to have the skin side up.
