My First Blood Type Dish

It looks pale, because I can't use soy sauce. So, I put in garlic salt and basil instead.


I cooked up my first 'Blood type' dish today - Stir Fried sardines and spinach in brown rice vermicelli. Probably doesn't sound appetising, but I must say it doesn't taste bad at all.

It could've been better with carrots and mushrooms, perhaps next time.



*Sardines is a highly beneficial food for me.
