Homecooked Food

Salmon wasabi mayonnaise (Ayam Brand) and 3 pieces of toasted white bread, my Saturday lunch.
Spread a thick layer on each toast, but there's still a lot of the mayo mixture left.

Baked herbed salmon, 2 pcs potato pancakes and stir fried broccoli. Sunday gourmet lunch.




Cooking is my therapy. Really, I find great joy in cooking. It's relaxing and rewarding. Right now, it's more challenging because I have to cook meals that will conform to the blood type diet.
