I think I haven't blogged about this blooper...
I called a client:
Me: "Hi, may I speak with _____? This is _____, calling from HSBC".
Client: "This is he. How are you?"
Me: "I'm good Sir. How about you, how are you today?"
Client: "I'm good"
Me: "Thank you."
