The Fastest Way to Be Smooth

Basically, you have to rub the buffing paper (a gentler sandpaper-like sheet of paper) in a clockwise and counter-clockwise motion. Four here, and four there.. and voila! the hair should be gone.

Skin will also feel softer afterwards (the buffing paper probably sloughed away your epidermis, that's why), but after a day, you'd feel the stubble already.

Waxing or creams would still work better, but for those days when you're just too lazy to wait 15 mins for the cream to work, this is the best!
