One day ( either Saturday or Sunday), I was hungry but not in the mood to go out. There's no food at home except for canned goods and instant noodles, which I didn't want to eat because I was on a somewhat strict diet.
So, I looked thru my food stock and saw the packet of beehoon that my mum bought for me. *lightbulb!* I'll cook beehoon. I still had cabbage and carrots and eggs. With that in mind, I cooked my sardines beehoon. Yeah, yeah, my sardines came from a can too.. but atleast I added some veggies into the dish.
