Mango Banzai

I bought this from a Hong Kong dessert restaurant/stall in Far East Plaza.

It's called Mango Banzai, and is one of the most comforting desserts I've ever eaten (and I've tried a lot).

It's chilled mango and whipped cream wrapped inside a super tender crepe.

But I realize that it's best to eat this in the store because they actually chill the dessert. And when you have it wrapped for take out, the sudden change in temperature will cause the mango to 'perspire' and dampen the cute, tender crepe.
