I hope so- that I'm getting some kind of nutrition from eating all these tiny fishies called dilis (anchovies, I think).
It's addictive too, because it has the right spice and the right texture (with sprinkles of sesame seed).
Ah, I think I've had enough though, my innards are already heating up from the 'right spice'.
