Pan de Sal

I had this for dinner last night. Toasted pandesal with fried egg and catsup! Mmmm just like the old days.

I bought the pandesal from Jologs for sgd3.50 (about 8 pcs, I think), then when I got home, I fried two eggs (because the eggs were the mini ones).

On a separate note, I saw a book entitled Pan de Sal A Filipino children's storybook, being sold at Borders. Wow. That was cool, and it was selling for SGD23.90! Almost as expensive as the Sophie Kinsella book that I was eyeing for ( I ended up buying a paperback for sgd13, written by Madelaine Wickham, who is also writing as Sophie Kinsella).
