Lok Lak


Another famous dish which we ate almost everyday. The best Lok Lak was from Frizz restaurant in Phnom Penh. (The first one we tried) The other Lok Lak's were either too tough, too dry or too raw.
It's actually just stir fried beef, sometimes served with a fried sunny side up egg. It is accompanied by pepper, salt and lime sauce.
