This is what the 'Amok Fish' looks like. It's one of the most famous Khmer dishes in Cambodia- both in Phnom Penh and Siemp Reap. (I should know because we were eating it almost everyday)
You have a choice of fish, pork or chicken.
First few spoonfuls is yummy, but when you finish the whole dish, it becomes too rich. So, for me, this dish is meant for sharing.
