Eating Healthy

 A bowl of greens (plus feta cheese, carrots, salmon flakes and olive oil balsamic vinegar dressing)
 Fil-e-plate salad from Javier's
 Cheddar and mozza baked salmon.
 Salmon with sweet potato mash and broccoli.
Broiled salmon with sweet potato mash and feta cheese.
 Tuna with mustard seed salad.
 Mixed rice: 3 veggies + rice = SGD 2.90
 Mixed rice: 3 veggies + rice = SGD 3
Sliced fish meesua soup with additional $1 fish plus milk.  SGD4.50
