Pumpkin Kueh Finished Product

Looks dry it its steamed form.. that's because I have a tendency to overcook things.

It looks okay when sliced.




See.. overfried it again. It's a bit hard on the outside, but creamy on the inside.

I've learned my lesson. This batch was fried just a few minutes on each side. Just enough to brown it a little. Much nicer overall texture.
