I cooked a large pot of Minestrone soup on Sunday afternoon. An hour of chopping up all those veggies - carrots, zuccini, potato, onion, string beans.
At 6pm, when I was on my way to meet my friend to watch Ice Age, I started to feel the consequence of being the kitchen queen for the afternoon. My lower back was painful! Good thing was, a 20 minute rest at Superdog, drinking freshly brewed ice tea, did the trick.
My meal for this whole week - the healthy minestrone soup. Not bad, if I may say so myself.
