My friend and I watched Ice Age last Sunday.
After the movie, we decided to eat at Dian Xiao Er. We thought they served xiao long bao, but they didn't! (sad).
So we ordered their pork dish instead (since it had the the chef's recommendation mark).
My goooosh, it was soooo good! Ang I'm not exaggerating. The meat was so tender, the sauce was tasty and even the sinful pork skin (which I normally don't eat), was so succulent.
We ordered another dish, Old Style Fish, which was just so-so. Too salty actually.
The only garnish was some wansuy stems and a piece of cabbage, but it doesn't matter. The dish was simply delightful!
