After days and days of non-stop eating, I'm back to my soup-veggie-less rice-no fried-diet.
For lunch, I had yong tau foo. Basically, you just choose a minimum of 7 items from the array of fresh produce and fishcakes on their serving trays. Then, you can choose to soup it up, to add noodles, or toss the items into dry cooked noodles, served with their 'gravy' (sauce).
