The Tent - Clarke Quay

My officemate treated a whole bunch of her friends at The Tent last Saturday night.
It's a Mongolian-themed buffet resto.
Not so sure how much it was, but if I remember correctly, I think it was on the 50+ range. Apple and celery salad, and 2 pieces of watermelon

Creamy soup.

Nothing remarkable about the salads and the soup.

My creation of mixed sauces. Turned out nice. Not like my boss' order. She asked the cook to mix the sauces for her, and it came out too curry-ish .

My second bowl. Mainly meats and some rice.

The chocolate birthday cake.

I hated the way the produce and meat were lined up, and especially the sauces. It's so crowded and you can't really mix in peace. Like for instance, on my first queue, the girl behind me was so close to me. Dammit! Distance please! If only she wasn't part of my officemate's invitees, I would have turned around to look at her.

I enjoyed the food because it was free (still considered free because I haven't given my officemate a birthday gift. I don't know what to give!). But, if I had to pay 50 bucks for mongolian buffet.. I might think thrice.
