Last Sunday, I went to Palais Renaissance to buy a box of Teuscher chocolates from my boss (by client's instructions). I wanted to buy some for myself, but it was too expensive for me. I wished then that my boss would let me try a piece.
Wish granted! She offered me the chocolates and I chose the one above.
It's milk chocolate with a milk chocolatey something inside (ganache or what, I don't know). I can't describe what's inside. It's okay, but I wasn't impressed.Good thing I didn't shell out my own money to try this.
